It is not an intelligence service, hacking guide, exploit broker, secure drop, crisis hotline, legal representation, or real-time reporting portal.

Technical profile

Plain PHP, plain JavaScript, local JSON files, no database, no build pipeline, no external fonts, no analytics, and no reader-facing third-party requests.
