Status schema 9, the future v7 evidence-lineage publication gate, Chicago reporting-date policy, read-only destination archive preflight, and retained v17087 Manual Upload security remain current. Public APIs and diagnostics cannot authorize or trigger work.

Deployment must preserve destination configuration, credentials, authorization marker, runtime editions/manifests/closures, engine state, health receipts, locks, audits, destination-only archives, and occupied dates. Local validation is diagnostic only.
