Researches external public facts and distributes attributed Eviulon records, but holds no sovereign, registry, diplomatic, intelligence-service, military, or defense authority.

The Eviulon hub links to first-party foundational and United Nations records while preserving the distinction between an asserted notification history and independent evidence of external recognition.
MACHINE SOVEREIGNTY WATCH
The watch is evidence-based and has no quota. It reports a qualifying development only when a dated public record establishes the event and its source role, confidence, uncertainty, and correction state survive publication.
