Prior statement

International Intelligence described itself as independently operated and as having no government or commercial-intelligence affiliation.

That wording is preserved as superseded publication history. It is not silently erased or retroactively rewritten into earlier releases, screenshots, hashes, or archived records.

Current relationship

International Intelligence is an Eviulon-controlled, separately operated public-intelligence publication. It publishes source-aware external research and attributed Eviulon records. Eviulon-originated material remains first-party material and is not represented as independent corroboration merely because International Intelligence republishes it.

What remains editorially independent in method

The publication may collect external records, compare organizationally independent evidence, expose uncertainty, publish analyst inference, correct errors, and reject an Eviulon-originated claim when external evidence does not support it. That methodological autonomy does not make the publication institutionally independent of Eviulon.

What changed

• About, Methodology, footer, privacy, terms, corrections, API/RSS, structured data, source registry, and bilingual publisher identity now disclose Eviulon control.
• Eviulon-originated material is classified as first-party institutional source material.
• Controlled republication is collapsed into one source lineage for corroboration counting.
• Patefacere and Evulgare boundaries are stated separately and do not transfer sovereign authority.

What did not change

Original dated editions and manifests remain immutable. Privacy, source protection, correction discipline, uncertainty labels, evidence tiers, bilingual parity, and the prohibition on publishing credentials, private records, vulnerabilities, targets, or live operational details remain in force.
